The General Director of Passport announces the creation of facilities in the distribution of passports

Abdul Karim Haseeb, General Director of Passport, announces the provision of facilities in the passport distribution department in 34 provinces of the country.

During his trip to Kandahar, Mr. Hasib says that the reports about his arrest are baseless and adds that he wants to meet with the leader of the Islamic Emirate during this trip.

The General Director of Passport said in this regard: “The news of my deportation and imprisonment is a complete lie, and I again tell biased people that we are soldiers of the Islamic Emirate, we were in the past, we are now and we will be in the future.”

In a part of his speech, he says that compared to the past, there are more facilities in the passport distribution department and they are trying to simplify the passport distribution process.

Abdul Karim Hasib added: “We have increased our organization in 34 provinces, especially in the zones, which has increased six times compared to the republic, and the facilities have also increased.”

On the other hand, a number of citizens of the country have criticized the challenges in the passport distribution department and want the officials to create more facilities.

Khalil Ahmad, a resident of Kandahar, told TOLOnews: “There is a problem in the bank that causes a delay in getting passports, and it would be very good if there are reforms in this sector.”

The General Director of Passport says that they are trying to increase the number of passport distribution departments in all provinces of the country, including Kabul, and speed up the service process.
