Holding a meeting of the General Council of the Federation of World Chambers of Commerce in Istanbul

The Union of Chambers and Stock Exchanges of Turkey announced in a statement that the meeting of the General Council of the Federation of World Chambers of Commerce “WCF” and the meeting of the Board of Directors of the International Chamber of Commerce “ICC” will be held in Istanbul on October 14-16.

According to this statement, nearly 700 businessmen from more than 40 countries are going to participate in this summit. It is expected that Judet Yilmaz, Vice President, Omar Bulat, Minister of Commerce, Murad Korum, Minister of Environment, Urban Development and Climate Change, and Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of Finance and Treasury of Turkey will meet and talk with the businessmen.

Rifat Hesarjiklioglu, the head of the Union of Turkish Chambers of Commerce and Exchange, stated that climate change regulations and new competitive conditions caused by technological innovations will be discussed.
