Fourteen Taliban fighters have been killed in security operations

A statement from the Ministry of Defense stated that 11 Taliban fighters had been killed in operations by the defense and security forces.
The operation was carried out in Arghandab district of Kandahar province, the statement said.
According to the statement, some of the group’s weapons and ammunition were also destroyed in the operation.
Meanwhile, another statement from the ministry said that during the operation of the defense and security forces in Nahrin district of Baghlan province, Qari Zahidullah; The deputy head of the Taliban’s military commission and customs was killed along with two other militants in the group, four of whom were wounded and some of their weapons and ammunition were destroyed.
The Taliban have not yet responded.
