Armed conflict between Afghan forces and Iranian border guards

Iranian border guards attacked workers and farmers working on the shores of the Helmand Sea.

Nimroz Deputy Governor Mohammad Naeem Brahui said that two days ago, Afghan forces clashed with Iranian border guards.

According to Brahvi, the clash took place when Iranian border guards shot at farmers working on the shores of the Helmand Sea.

Afghan forces also responded to the shelling and fired on them, according to provincial officials, with no casualties or damage.
