US tariffs suspended after Trump talks with Canadian, Mexican leaders

US President Donald Trump has suspended threats of heavy tariffs on Canada and Mexico, but has kept a 25% hike on Chinese goods.
The US president has given the leaders of both countries 30 days to take action on illegal immigration across their borders, according to Reuters.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said they had agreed to step up border enforcement efforts in response to Mr Trump’s call to crack down on immigration and drug trafficking.
