BRICS Foreign Ministers Emphasize Peaceful Resolution of International Disputes through Dialogue and Diplomacy

The Foreign Ministers of the BRICS member countries met in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday (25 May) to discuss and discuss the group’s issues and foreign policy.

At the end of the meeting, the BRICS Foreign Ministers announced in a joint statement that they will act on their commitment to the peaceful resolution of global disputes through dialogue, consultation and diplomacy with countries.

The BRICS Foreign Ministers also emphasized that the security of all states is indivisible.

The BRICS Foreign Ministers also called for negotiations to end the war in Gaza and the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the strip.

The BRICS countries have expressed concern about the threat posed by terrorist groups in Syria against neighboring countries.

During the meeting, the BRICS foreign ministers condemned the terrorist attack near the town of Pahalgam in Indian-controlled Jammu and Kashmir.
