26 Taliban fighters, including a governor of them, were killed in Badakhshan
The 217th Pamir Corps says 26 Taliban fighters, including the group’s district governor, have been killed in Warduj district of Badakhshan province.
The corps’ , released today (Saturday, April 10), states that 26 Taliban fighters, including Qari Haidari, the Taliban’s district chief, were killed in an airstrike on a Taliban rally in Warduj district of Badakhshan province.
The airstrikes destroyed six Taliban strongholds in the Warduj district, six covered positions, a machine gun, a pistol, a rocket launcher and four Kalashnikovs, the statement added.
