A Taliban member surrendered to government forces in Balkh’s Shortipa district

The 209th Shaheen Corps announced that a member of the Taliban had surrendered to security forces in the Shurtipa district of Balkh province.

The statement say that this person is known as Qari Mohammad Dardi.
