A roadside bomb blast in Kandahar has killed four members of a family

A roadside bomb blast in Kandahar’s Shah Wali Kot district has killed four members of a family, including a woman and two children.
Kandahar police spokesman Jamal Nasser Barakzai told that the explosion took place on Thursday evening.
According to him, the mine planted by the Taliban targeted a vehicle carrying civilians.
The United Nations Relief Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) announced on April 14 that 573 civilians were killed in Afghanistan in the first quarter of 2021.
