Four people were killed and wounded when mortar shells hit Balkh district

Balkh police reported that 4 people were killed and wounded by several mortar shells in Balkh district of this province.

Adel Shah Adel; Spokesman for the Balkh police said that the incident took place today (Sunday, 18^th April) in the Balkh district, killing two civilians and wounding two others.

Mr. Adel blames Taliban for the incident, but the Taliban have not yet commented.
