Fazl Mohammad Saber, Chargé d’Affaires of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Turkmenistan, met with William Leaf, the new head and ambassador of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

The Afghan Embassy in Turkmenistan says that during this meeting, they discussed strengthening the interaction of the Islamic Emirate with the international community, expanding mutual relations, and the visit of members of this organization to Afghanistan.
