Arrest of a three-member ISIS network in Jalalabad

The Nangarhar National Security Directorate announced in a newsletter the arrest of a three-member ISIS network in the province.

The three-member network led by Qari Rahmatullah has been arrested in the provincial capital, the newsletter said.

According to the newsletter, the group was involved in targeted assassinations and the placement of sticky mines.
