The Taliban have released 65 government forces from a prison in Baghlan

The Taliban have announced the release of 65 government forces from the group’s prison in Baghlan.

Zabihullah Mojahed; Taliban spokesman wrote on Twitter today (Saturday, May 8) that 65 government forces who had been detained by the group in Baghlan had been released on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

Mr. Mojahed wrote that ten of these prisoners had been wounded, adding that each of these prisoners had been given 5,000 afghanis and some clothing.
