Five people were arrested in Herat in connection with the sale of incendiary materials

Herat police say they have arrested five people in connection with the sale of incendiary materials in the province.

The press office of the Herat Police Command says in a newsletter that five people have been arrested in connection with the sale of incendiary or incendiary materials by the Herat Third and Second Security Directorate.
