Commandos released eight security forces from a Taliban prison

The Special Operations Command announced the release of eight security forces from a Taliban prison in Baghlan province.

According to the statement, the security forces were released from Taliban prison during a joint operation by commandos of the Special Task Force and the 1st Northern Brigade.

According to the announcement, the operation was carried out last night (Sunday, May 23) in Omar Khel village of New Baghlan district of Baghlan province, as a result of which 8 security forces who were detained in these prisons were released.
