Covid 19 in Afghanistan; Schools and universities were closed in 16 provinces

The Ministry of Public Health has announced that schools and universities in 16 provinces will be closed for two weeks due to the third wave of the Covid 19.

The ministry called on all citizens of the country to cooperate in observing the principles of protection against coronavirus, such as maintaining social distance, washing hands and wearing masks.

According to the latest statistics from the Ministry of Public Health, 70,107 people have been diagnosed with Covid 19 disease, of which 2,899 have died and 107 and 57,107 have recovered.
