Gunmen assassinated the Head of Plan and Policy departmint of Ministry of Urban Development and Lands in Kabul

Kabul security officials report the assassination of the Head of Plan and Policy department of Ministry of Urban Development and Lands in the province.

Ferdows Faramarz; Kabul police spokesman said that unidentified gunmen killed Arefullah Aref, the head of Plan and Policy department of Ministry of Urban Development and Lands, in the fifth district of Kabul at around 9 am today.

Mr. Faramarz adds that another person was injured in the incident.

According to Faramarz, the incident is being investigated and a police investigation has been launched to identify the perpetrators of the incident.
