Eight people were killed in a traffic accident in Barkhshan

Local sources in Badakhshan report that 8 people were killed in a traffic accident in Arghanjkhwah district of the province.

NikMuhammad Nazari; Spokesman for the governor of Badakhshan said that just before noon today (Monday, May 21), a vehicle in the village of Taqasab in the Arghanjkhah district of the province deviated from the road, killing eight people and injuring nine others.

Mr. Nazari added that three women and a child were among those killed and one child was among those injured in the incident.

According to him, the injured were taken to hospital.
