Islamic Emirate Ready to Confront Pakistan Military Regime: Governor

Helmand Governor Amanuddin Mansour says that in response to recent attacks by Pakistan’s military regime, the Islamic Emirate is capable of defending the country.
Mansour said during a gathering in Faizabad, the center of Badakhshan, that the Islamic Emirate can respond to any type of military action by Pakistan’s military regime against Afghanistan.
The Helmand governor said: “In the same way that the Islamic Emirate defended the country and its people against the United States and its allies over the past 20 years, today, by the grace of God, our hands are full, our faith remains unchanged, and we are more prepared than ever to defend this country.”
The head of the Badakhshan Ulema Council also said at the gathering that Pakistan’s military regime is a source of tension and instability for Afghanistan.
Sheikh Mahmood Sharifi said: “Anyone who intends harm and misfortune for the Muslim nation, especially Afghanistan, may God destroy them so that Muslims are freed from their evil. Pakistan’s military regime has always been a source of discord for us.”
Residents of Badakhshan also called for unity and support for security forces in response to the actions of Pakistan’s military regime.
A resident, Saifullah, said: “Our people must stand against such a regime and support the Islamic Emirate to defend the country and the nation.”
Another resident, Ziaullah, said: “I call on the brave people of Afghanistan to stand with the Islamic Emirate and defend their homeland, which is like a mother.”
