Massoud Bakhtawar was appointed governor of Farah

The Independent Directorate of Local Governance announces the appointment of Massoud Bakhtawar as Governor of Farah.

A statement from the administration said that Mr. Massoud Bakhtawar, son of Abdul Jalil Bakhtar, was appointed governor of Farah province on the recommendation of the Independent Directorate of Local Governance and the High Presidency.
