Enayatullah Kamal officially took office as governor of Faryab

The Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG) says Inayatullah Kamal has been appointed as the new governor of Faryab province and has officially taken office.

The statement said that based on the proposal of the Independent Directorate of Local Governance and the decree of the President, Mr. Enayatullah Kamal was appointed as the Governor of Faryab Province.

Meanwhile, Inayatullah Kamal, the new governor of Faryab, thanked the president for his trust and the leadership of the Independent Directorate of Local Governance, and said that he would make more efforts to improve the general situation in Faryab province, especially to improve security.

He said fighting corruption, securing insecure areas, strengthening stability and providing timely services are among his priorities.
