Taliban fighters occupy Chahar Bolak district of Balkh
Local sources in Balkh say Taliban fighters have taken control of Chahar Bolak district in the province.
According to these sources, on Saturday night, after a series of offensive attacks by Taliban fighters on Chahar Bolak district, the fighters of this group captured this district at 9:00 AM on Sunday.
Sources say dozens of troops have surrendered to Taliban fighters in the Taliban attacks.
Meanwhile, Abdullah Masroor, deputy head of the Balkh provincial council, confirmed the fall of the district, saying that the district had fallen to Taliban fighters after a fierce battle.
Meanwhile, Taliban fighters occupy 3 to 4 districts daily.
Some of these districts also fall into the hands of this group without any involvement.
