Twelve Taliban fighters were killed in Kunduz

The Ministry of Defense reports that 12 Taliban fighters have been killed in Kunduz province.

According to the ministry’s newsletter, the Taliban fighters were killed as a result of last night’s special forces operation in the second district of Kunduz city.

The newsletter added that in this operation, 1 motorcycle, 1 rocket and some weapons and ammunition of this group also fell into the hands of the security forces.

The Taliban have not yet commented.
