Amrullah Saleh: Civilians’ access to air force planes was restricted

Amrullah Saleh, the first vice president, says that in order to defeat the Taliban and put 100 percent of the air force in the service of the security forces, civilians’ access to air force planes has been limited.

Today, the First Vice President wrote on his Facebook page that due to the defeat of the Taliban group and putting 100% of the air force in the service of the brave and dignified defense and security forces of the country, the access of civilians and unnecessary peoples to the air force planes has been limited.

He said that this is one of the most sensible and professional decisions that has been taken after an in-depth assessment of the situation.

Referring to the assassination of people by using motorcycles, Mr. Saleh said, “I should mention that in two or three specific areas in Kabul, where there are unaccessible for vehicles like cars, the Taliban use motorcycles to assassinate government officials. To curb this threat, the use of motorcycles (except for restaurants that serve food and are given a special card) is prohibited. “Respect this order.”

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior yesterday banned the movement of motorcycles in the city and districts of Kabul.
