Three Taliban fighters were killed and wounded in a landmine explosion in Helmand.

The Ministry of Interior reports that three Taliban fighters were killed and wounded in a mine explosion in Helmand province.
According to the ministry’s newsletter, the incident took place last night in the Klasang area of Lashkar Gah, the capital of Helmand province.
The statement said the Taliban fighters were trying to plant a mine in the Kalsang area when the mine exploded.
Two of them were killed and another was injured in the incident, the newsletter added.
According to the newsletter, some ammunition was also seized from them.
