The mastermind of the rocket attack on worshipers was arrested on Eid al-Adha

The Ministry of Interior announces the arrest of the mastermind of the rocket attack on the worshipers on the day of Eid al-Adha.

During a targeted operation in Kabul’s Fifth District, special police forces arrested a key member of the Taliban who had planned and organized a rocket attack on worshipers on Eid al-Adha, the ministry said in a statement.

In addition to arresting the mastermind of the rocket attack, three other people have been arrested in the operation, the newsletter added.

According to the Ministry of Interior, these individuals have played an active role in planning and launching terrorist attacks in different parts of Kabul city, especially in Paghman district.

According to the newsletter of this ministry, two mobile phones and some documents and evidence were obtained from the detainees.
