175 Taliban fighters have been killed in the past 24 hours in 14 provinces

The Ministry of National Defense reports that 175 Taliban fighters have been killed in the last 24 hours in 14 provinces of the country.

The ministry said in a statement that 175 Taliban fighters were killed and 84 wounded in clashes and counter-attacks by defense and security forces.

The Taliban were killed and wounded in Nangarhar, Paktika, Logar, Ghazni, Kandahar, Herat, Balkh, Jawzjan, Samangan, Sar-e-Pul, Helmand, Badakhshan, Kunduz and Baghlan provinces.

The newsletter added that in these clashes, 9 different mines were discovered and neutralized by the security and defense forces, and a large amount of weapons and ammunition of this group were also destroyed.
