Adelah Raz has been appointed Afghanistan’s new ambassador to Washington

Adelah Raz, who previously served as Afghanistan’s permanent representative to the United Nations, has appointed as Afghanistan’s new ambassador to Washington.

Prior to this, Roya Rahmani served as Afghanistan’s ambassador to the United States, but her mission officially ended on this year.

The Afghan embassy in Washington also said in a newsletter that Ms. Adelah Raz had emphasized the embassy’s work team and responsibilities.
