Occurrence of two traffic accidents on the Kabul-Jalalabad highway

Sources in Laghman province say that two traffic accidents on the Kabul-Jalalabad highway have killed and injured nearly 38 people.

Assadullah Dawlatzai, spokesman for the Laghman governor, said the first traffic accident was caused by a caster car colliding with a Saracheh car on the Kabul-Jalalabad highway around midnight last night.

Mr. Dolatzi added that eight people, including women and children, were killed and ten others were injured in the incident.

The spokesman for the governor of Laghman also said that the second traffic accident occurred in Aziz Khan area of ​​QarghahEe district this morning, which was caused by a collision between a Todi car and two Saracheh vehicles.

According to him, 12 people were killed and 8 others were injured in the second incident.
