Popular forces clash with police in Baghlan

Security sources in Baghlam reported that three people were killed in clashes between security forces and a popular uprising in the province.

Baghlan police spokesman Ahmad Javid Besharat said that police and popular uprising forces clashed in the Shamark area today.

Mr Besharat added that the cause of the clash between the police and the popular uprising was a misunderstanding.

He said three people were killed and three others were injured in the clashes.
