Five people were killed in a bomb blast in Kapisa province

Kapisa Security officials say a mine planted in Chairman of the Ulema Council of the province Mirwais Karimi’s car exploded; 5 people were killed and 9 people they are injured.

The head of the Kapisa Ulema Council was injured in the incident.
