Army commandos in Herat released 34 people from a Taliban prison

The Ministry of Defense said in a statement that last night (Tuesday, March 2), special commando forces carried out a special operation on a Taliban prison in the village of “Krucheh” in the Adraskan district of Herat province, which released 34 prisoners.

The statement said that among these prisoners There are 11 ANA members, 7 policemen, 3 airmen, 5 project staff, 7 government civil servants and 1 popular uprising.

Also, in this operation, 6 Taliban fighters were killed in clashes with commandos and their weapons and ammunition were destroyed with 2 motorcycles and 1 prison.
