An explosion was prevented in Kabul

Kabul police say they have prevented an explosion in Kabul.

According to a statement issued by the Kabul Police Command, which was published today (Tuesday, April 6), a landmine was detonated at around 7:10 a.m. this morning on the Kabul-Bagram public road in the 19th security district of Kabul.

The statement added that police officers in the relevant area discovered it before the explosion and it was neutralized by the engineering team of Kabul Police Command.
