One of the main members of the ISIS group was arrested in Kabul

The Office of the First Vice President says that one of the main members of ISIL was arrested by National Security in Kabul.

The bulletin states that the detainee is named Ghulam Naser and is known as Al-Khorasani.

The bulletin added that this person is one of the main leaders of ISIL and has been arrested by the national security in the 8th district of Kabul.
