Unidentified gunmen assassinated the head of the Ulema Council in the Sayed Khel district of Parwan

Sources in Parwan say that Saifullah Safi; The head of the Ulema Council of Sayed Khel district of Parwan province has been assassinated by unknown gunmen.

Ahmad Limar Osmanyar; Sayed Khel district governor says that this morning (Sunday, May 22) Maulvi Saifatullah The head of the Ulema Council of the district was assassinated by unknown gunmen in front of the gate of Saifa-ur-Rehman High School.

Mr Osmanyar added that the perpetrators had fled the scene after killing the man.

A son of Mr. Saifullah was also injured in the incident.

No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack.
