25 Taliban fighters were killed in Ghazni

The 209th Shaheen Corps announced in a statement that 25 Taliban fighters had been killed in Qarabagh district of Ghazni province.

Commanders of the 3rd Brigade of the East during a joint operation of the Defense and Security Forces with the support of the Air Force yesterday (Sunday, May 30) targeted Taliban fighters in Qarabagh district of Ghazni province, killing 25 Taliban and wounding 15 others.

According to the statement, 30 anti-vehicle mines were discovered and defused during the operation, and a large amount of weapons also fell into the hands of commandos.

The Taliban have not yet commented.
