The Taliban captured three districts in Ghazni

Sources in Ghazni report the fall of Muqar, Waghez and Khaja Omari districts to Taliban fighters.

According to these sources, these districts have fallen due to the lack of equipment and the withdrawal of security forces from these districts.

The source added that about 50 local forces had surrendered to the Taliban from these districts, and that some of the 70 security forces stationed in the Muqur district had surrendered to the Taliban and some had been transferred to the city center.

Meanwhile, Fatemeh Rahimi, a member of the Ghazni Provincial Council, announced the fall of Waghez district.

According to him, the district has been captured by Taliban fighters after two weeks of siege, lack of equipment and lack of food as a result of the withdrawal of security forces.

Meanwhile, the Taliban group has confirmed the fall of these districts by issuing announcements.
