The first consignment of radars arrived in Afghanistan

The Civil Aviation Authority has announced that the first consignment of radars from France has arrived in Afghanistan.

A statement from the Civil Aviation Authority has signed a contract with the French company Thales worth 112 million euros for the installation of Afghanistan’s independent radars.

According to the agency, Afghanistan’s independent radars will be installed in 12 parts of the country and will allow control of Afghanistan’s airspace from zero to 45,000 feet so that the agency can effectively control and monitor Afghanistan’s airspace.
