The US Embassy in Kabul has urged US citizens to leave Afghanistan

The US Embassy in Kabul has asked its citizens to leave Afghanistan using commercial flights, and the British Embassy in Kabul also has asked its citizens in Afghanistan to leave the country.

The US Embassy today issued a statement announcing the embassy’s limited ability to assist US citizens and urging its citizens to leave Afghanistan due to the security situation.
