Amir Khan Mottaqi: No one has the right to enter anyone’s house

Amir Khan Mottaqi, head of the Taliban Guidance and Invitation Commission, said in a message to all Taliban members that no one had the right to enter anyone’s house.

“No one is allowed to enter anyone’s house anywhere, especially in Kabul, where we have just arrived, and no one is allowed to take anyone’s car,” he told the group.

He also said that no one is allowed to take anything from the treasury.

He added that anyone who did so would be punished by the Taliban leadership.
