Britain accepts 20,000 Afghan refugees

The British Home Office has said it is ready to accept 20,000 Afghan citizens, according to the BBC.
According to the ministry, the group will gradually begin the process of settling in the UK in the coming years.
The ministry said that in the first year, 5,000 asylum seekers will be eligible to live in the UK, in addition to 5,000 translators and other staff who have worked in the UK.
It is said that in this program, priority is given to women, girls and other people who are in an emergency.
