Germany announced its readiness to reopen its embassy in Kabul

According to Deutsche Welle, German Foreign Minister Haiku Moss said the country was ready to reopen its embassy in Kabul.
In a meeting with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani, Qatar’s Deputy Foreign Minister, he said that talks should be held with the Taliban to prevent further instability in Afghanistan.
He has stated that there is no way without negotiate with the Taliban.
“Anyone who expects help from the international community should see that the international community also requires certain preconditions,” he said.
Regarding the Taliban’s commitment to their commitments, Mr. Moss said it would be clear in the coming days whether the Taliban’s promises were true.
