A doctor and 11 members of his family were killed in Baghlan

Unidentified gunmen killed a doctor and 11 members of his family in Andarab district of Baghlan province yesterday.
Bashir Ahmad Qasani, a freelance journalist in Afghanistan, tweeted that Zinauddin, along with 11 other members of his family, including women and children, had been shot dead by Taliban insurgents in the village of Dehik in the Andrab district of Baghlan province.
Qasani added that the doctor had treated dozens of wounded members of the resistance and the Taliban in recent days.
Locals have called on the Taliban to identify and arrest the perpetrators.
