Afghans; The focus of the talks between the Presidents of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, who visited Uzbekistan two days ago, discussed the current situation in Afghanistan with President Shaukat Mirziyoyev at a news conference today.

The President of Turkmenistan said at the press conference that security and stability largely depend on the development of the situation in Afghanistan.

“We intend to continue our negotiations with Afghanistan to carry out international projects related to this country,” he said, emphasizing his country’s full support for Afghanistan.

The President of Uzbekistan also announced the country’s readiness to provide humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan.
