The Taliban have set new rules for weddings

The Ministry of Promoting the Good and Prohibiting the Bad of the Taliban has set new rules for holding wedding celebrations during a meeting held by ministry officials with hoteliers in Kabul yesterday.

The agency has issued regulations such as banning live music at weddings, separating men’s and women’s salons, and banning pre-meal weddings from halls and hotels.

The agency has announced that the salons of the men’s and women’s sections should be separated in such a way that the sound of the women’s salon cannot be heard in the men’s salon.
