Mohaqiq: Eight children died of starvation in Kabul

Mohammad Mohaqiq, an adviser to the former president, said eight children had died of starvation in Kabul, a shame for the Taliban.
“The death of two children from starvation in western Kabul in the Afghan capital under the domination of those who consider their rule to be Islamic is a source of great shame,” Mohaqiq wrote on his Facebook page.
According to him, this incident should have shaken the world, but the fact that the Shiite dead were from the Hazara community and in the Hazara region, not only did not shake the world, but also the current rulers of Kabul, whose duty is to provide livelihood and security for those people, they did not anything.
Mohaqeq expressed his sympathy for the incident and called on the international community, especially Islamic countries and international aid agencies, to help the Afghan people, who he said were 90 percent below the poverty line due to the recklessness and oppression of the new rulers. Help directly and do not allow poverty, hunger and famine to cause human catastrophe.
“The Taliban regime not only does not care about providing jobs and security for the people, but they themselves have taken jobs and security from the people, and its employees take their bread and food from the poor and hungry people,” he added.
He also called on aid organizations to send food, medicine and fuel to difficult-to-reach areas where roads will be close in winter to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe.
