Lindsay Graham: Afghanistan is still a serious threat to US security

The Republican senator says Afghanistan is still a threat to US national security run by the Taliban.

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham told Fox News that Afghanistan remains a serious threat to US national security run by the Taliban and their al Qaeda allies.

“If the Taliban do not want to help us fight al-Qaeda, which threatens the world, it is hostile under the laws of war,” he said.

In the interview, he also blamed Biden for the situation and said: “What are we going to do now? We are trying to save children from starvation without strengthening the Taliban. What got us here? Joe Biden is the most incompetent president of my life. He had a plan that did not work out; He rejected the correct military advice; “They do not even know whether there are 350 Americans left or 700, but we know that there are thousands of Afghans who fought alongside us and are now left alone.”
