US $ 144 million assistances to Afghanistan

The US National Security Council has announced that it is providing more than $ 144 million in aid to Afghanistan.
The US partners will be able to provide health care, food, drinking water and other basic necessities to those in need with $ 144 million, the council said in a statement.
The US National Security Council has said it will deliver the aid to the United Nations and non-governmental organizations to provide assistance to 18.4 million vulnerable Afghans.
However, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken tweeted this morning that the United States is committed to supporting a stable future for the Afghan people through diplomacy, economics, and humanitarian assistance.
The Taliban government in Afghanistan has not yet been recognized by any country, but most countries around the world have promised to send humanitarian aid to the country.
