The Taliban demanded that the G20 leaders pay the promised aid

Soheil Shahin, a spokesman for the Taliban’s political office in Qatar, tweeted that the G20 leaders should pay 1 billion euros to the group to run Afghanistan.

At a previous G20 meeting, the European Union pledged 1 billion euros to prevent a humanitarian crisis and the social collapse of Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, the G20 summit began today in Rome, which is scheduled to continue today, Saturday and tomorrow, Sunday, on issues such as tackling the corona epidemic, practical ways to reduce climate change and the Afghan crisis, and the group’s rise to power. The Taliban are concentrated in this country.

US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan also announced that President Joe Biden had met with the leaders of Britain, Germany and France over Iran’s nuclear program, and said that the meeting would create a common front against Iran.
