Mujahid: Attacking a wedding in Nangarhar was not the work of the Taliban

A Taliban spokesman said the attack on a wedding in Nangarhar was not the work of members of the group and that the attackers had used Taliban names to shoot.
Zabihullah Mujahid confirmed the incident on his Twitter page and wrote that last night, three people, using the name of the Taliban, went to a wedding party in Shamspur Mar Ghandi village of Nangarhar province and asked them not to publish music and at the same time shot at people.
Mujahid added that 3 people were killed and several others were injured in the incident.
He said two people had been arrested by Taliban in connection with the incident.
Meanwhile, a German media outlet quoted a source in Nangarhar province as saying that Taliban insurgents had attacked a wedding party in the Sorkhrud district of the province for playing music, killing at least two people and wounding several others.
